The historic roads, sidewalks, trails or mountain ranges joined towns and valleys, forming a rural network that facilitated development and communication between entire regions. This is the case of the Cordal de Enguera – Aielo, which allowed the passage of shepherds, cattle and travelers between la Canal de Navarrés and la Vall d’Albaida, crossing the Enguera mountain, the Serra Grossa mountain and the Montesa valley. Our route, suitable for all types of public, proposes to travel the section between the Castell de Montesa to the Corral del Campanillo, on the border with the municipality of Enguera.
