The origins of Forn de Pla are established in the neighborhood bakery and pastry shop, hence the brand’s roots in the Xàtiva trade. In 1930 the Forn de Pla Confectionery was opened, a business that grew and through which new bakeries were opened, until we became experts in all kinds of bakery and pastry products.
