Located in the town of La Llosa de Ranes, in the region of La Costera. Family business in which all family members are integrated. They themselves contract the milk, collect it and carry out the processes of typification, conservation and distribution of their cheeses. Granja El Parral is a family business dedicated to livestock and artisanal cheese making in Barxeta. The work cycle of the farm begins the sheep farm (about 300 heads), from which they obtain the milk to later make their cheeses (without artificial additives), which finally culminates in the sale direct to the consumer of their products.
